Contemporary Barre Conditioning

A dynamic full-body workout inspired by ballet technique, Pilates, and strength training. This class focuses on core stability, posture, and muscular endurance, using small controlled movements and deep stretches to tone and lengthen. Perfect for all levels—no dance experience required—just a desire to move, strengthen, and feel energized.
